Solid Degreasing Agent AL-102 For Aluminum Materials
Properties: White solid Used for degreasing and oil removal of aluminum materials
Usage Method
Before use, please thoroughly clean the slot. For new slots or new production lines, wash them with a 10% sulfuric acid solution, then rinse them with water, and finally add the measured amount of AL-102 and the required deionized water, and stir evenly.
Take 10 ml of the sample solution and add it to a 250 ml conical flask. Then, add 50 ml of distilled water and 3 drops of indicator. Titrate with 0.1 mol/L sulfuric acid standard solution until the solution turns colorless as the endpoint.

Calculation of concentration: Concentration (g/L) = 3.1 × Current alkalinity
Chemical Replenishment
1. To ensure normal operation, it is necessary to regularly analyze the free alkali solution and replenish the degreasing powder in time. Adding 3.1 grams of degreasing powder per liter can increase the free alkalinity by one degree. 2. When the oil contamination becomes saturated, the degreasing effect will decline and may even completely fail. Therefore, the entire tank needs to be replaced regularly.
