The Hill machining oil cleaner is a water-based cleaning agent formulated with a variety of imported surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and other additives. It has strong emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating and cleaning capabilities. Usage Instructions
Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning.
