Sample oven dimensions: L4500*W2600*H2200 (mm) external dimensions

1) The furnace plate is coated with high temperature glue at the connection between the furnace plates.

2) The furnace plate is connected as a whole through the inner and outer edges of the furnace corner, with a strong structure and an elegant appearance.

3) The furnace plate and furnace plate are joined, and the connection is coated with high temperature glue to prevent heat leakage and reduce energy consumption.

4) The top of the middle position of the furnace is equipped with a forced exhaust port to maintain the hot air in the furnace within the controlled range.

5) Insulation cotton:

The furnace body insulation layer is 100mm thick, using standard 100K Xisler rock wool, good insulation.

Sisler rock wool products have good high temperature thermal stability, durability and resistance to high temperature shrinkage; in the recommended use temperature range and normal working conditions, can be safe, stable and efficient for a long time.

6) Furnace plate: made of machine-made plywood, with tongue-and-groove plug-in type and single side door. The inner plate is made of T0.8mm galvanized sheet, the outer plate is made of T0.8mm galvanized sheet, and the supporting reinforcement ribs are made of 3# angle steel.

7) The furnace's interior corner is constructed with T1.2mm galvanized steel sheets. Both the decorative panel and cabinet body are built with pull-through screw fasteners, ensuring excellent thermal insulation while allowing easy disassembly and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Roof corner: The makeup board is made of T2.0mm galvanized sheet, and the makeup board and room body are all made of pull screw structure, which is easy to disassemble and assemble and has an aesthetic appearance.

 8) Roasting oven base plate: The oven is designed to be 200mm above the ground, with a machine-made plywood base to prevent floor cracking caused by temperature leakage and energy waste.

9) Furnace temperature: Adjustable from room temperature to 220℃ with constant temperature control. Temperature uniformity is ±5℃.

The heating period should be ±15 minutes from the start to the end of the baking process (the duration may vary depending on the product thickness and powder specifications, with additional calculation required).

10) Double furnace door

1. Constructed with 2.0T galvanized steel plates reinforced by welding.

2. The furnace body and furnace door are welded with a 100mm door column.

3. The furnace door latch is made by using the car door lock method, which has an attractive appearance.

4. One-sided door opening of the oven.

11) Rail: Constructed with 50mm angle iron and square steel tubes, supported by 50mm square steel tubes
