The ultrafiltration equipment for reclaimed water reuse in electrophoretic coating plants is an indispensable device in the electrophoretic line and has the following functions:
(1) Recover the electrophoretic paint wastewater rinsed off the surface of the workpiece to prevent environmental pollution caused by the discharge of wastewater containing paint.
(2) Reusing the recycled electrophoretic paint can help enterprises save 30% of the cost of purchasing electrophoretic paint.
(3) The newly produced ultrafiltration water by the device provides flushing water for the workpieces coming out of the electrophoresis tank, which can form a closed-loop circulating water flushing system
(4) By appropriately discharging the ultrafiltrate, various ions brought into the electrophoretic paint tank during the production process are removed to stabilize the electrophoretic paint solution.
The ultrafiltration equipment used in electrophoresis plants has 1 to 10 membrane systems, with a permeation rate of 60 to 500 liters and a paint feed rate of 1 to 10m ³ / h.
The ultrafiltration system for electrophoresis lines includes ultrafiltration raw material pumps, bag filters, special ultrafiltration membranes for electrophoresis paint, frames, etc.
It can be actually configured as needed. In the electrophoresis system, the paint liquid circulates through the ultrafiltration device, and the permeate passing through the membrane is used as the water for flushing the workstations.
The closed-loop circulation method of the paint liquid is as follows: The electrophoretic paint liquid is pumped from the electrophoretic tank to a bag filter less than 25um or other pretreatment filter less than 25u, and then directly enters the ultrafiltration system for paint liquid concentration, and then returns to the electrophoretic tank.
