The system features intuitive controls to switch drying modes or set hybrid cycles, with 90% solvent recovery to cut operational costs. The HS-6564MFG’s drying process is a standout feature, combining steam bathing and vacuum boiling to achieve fast, thorough drying of precision parts. The 5# and 6# tanks serve as vacuum drying tanks, each equipped with a 150L steam generation system. This system heats hydrocarbon solvent under negative pressure to produce pure solvent vapor (90-130℃), which bathes the parts—preheating them and dissolving any remaining surface solvent.
After steam bathing, the tanks rapidly switch to a high-vacuum state using a two-stage pump system (Cuiman roots pumps + CNST liquid-ring pumps). This creates the "vacuum boiling effect": the reduced pressure lowers the solvent’s boiling point, causing any residual solvent on parts to boil and evaporate in minutes. Unlike traditional heating drying (which risks part damage or fire hazards with hydrocarbons), this method is gentle yet efficient, drying parts in ≥5 minutes per basket—far faster than the 60+ minutes required at atmospheric pressure.
The drying process also enhances part quality: the steam bath removes last traces of oil contamination,while vacuum drying prevents oxidation (by reducing oxygen exposure).
