The HS-6184MFG’s electrical control system combines advanced technology with user-friendly design, making it accessible to operators of varying skill levels. At its core is a Mitsubishi Q-series PLC, a reliable industrial controller that manages all automated processes—from mechanical arm movement and tank sequencing to temperature and vacuum control. The PLC is paired with a 10-inch Weilan touchscreen, which serves as the human-machine interface (HMI) for parameter setting and status monitoring.
The HMI displays real-time data such as tank temperatures, vacuum levels, ultrasonic power, and cycle progress. Operators can easily adjust parameters: for example, increasing ultrasonic power for heavily soiled parts or extending vacuum time for larger components. The interface also includes fault diagnosis functions, showing error codes (e.g., low liquid level, high temperature) and recommended solutions, simplifying troubleshooting.
A three-color indicator light provides at-a-glance status: green for normal operation, yellow for alerts (e.g., filter clogging), and red for critical faults (triggering an emergency stop). The electrical system uses high-quality components: Omron EE-SPX613 liquid level sensors for accurate solvent level detection, Delta AMK inverters for smooth motor speed control, and Schneider air switches/relays for safe power distribution. All wiring follows industrial standards, with clear labeling for easy maintenance. This system ensures stable, efficient operation while reducing the risk of human error.
