Filtration System: Multi-Stage Precision for Impurity Removal
The HS-5384MFG incorporates a multi-stage filtration system across its tanks, ensuring that hydrocarbon solvent remains clean and effective for precision cleaning. Each tank’s filtration setup is tailored to its role in the cleaning process, preventing cross-contamination and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
The 1# and 2# degassing tanks (rough cleaning) use a circulation system with Nanfang explosion-proof self-priming pumps and 20-inch stainless steel filters. The 1# tank’s filter has a 50μ precision, removing large debris and coarse impurities from the solvent. The 2# tank’s filter is upgraded to 20μ, capturing smaller particles released during rinsing. This two-stage rough filtration protects the downstream precision tanks from clogging.
The 3# and 4# vacuum precision tanks feature even finer filtration: the 3# tank uses a 10μ filter, while the 4# tank uses a 1μ filter. These high-precision filters remove microscopic particles (e.g., metal shavings, dust) that could adhere to delicate zinc-magnesium-aluminum parts, ensuring zero residue. The filtration system uses replaceable filter cartridges, with a recommended monthly replacement cycle (≈15 cartridges/month) to maintain efficiency.
All filters are easy to access, with clear indicators for when replacement is needed (via pressure gauges or HMI alerts). This multi-stage approach not only ensures consistent cleaning quality but also extends the life of the hydrocarbon solvent and ultrasonic transducers (by preventing abrasive particles from damaging the transducers’ surface).
