Consumables like filter cartridges, sealing,and heaters are excluded but readily available for purchase.
Routine maintenance is straightforward. The circulation filters (10μ/5μ/20μ/50μ) need monthly replacement (≈15 pieces/month) to maintain filtration efficiency. The heat transfer oil in steam generation and distillation units should be changed every 2500 working hours, while vacuum pump lubricating oil requires checking and topping up every 200 hours. The machine’s accessible design—with a 1-meter maintenance clearance requirement—allows technicians to easily access components like pumps, ultrasonic generators, and electrical cabinets.
