Pneumatic components include SMC cylinders and solenoid valves, paired with Airtac air treatment units (GF/GR series) for smooth actuation of tank lids and mechanical arms. For fluid handling, Nanfang QY-series circulation pumps (Taiwan, China) and Orank WD-series heat transfer oil pumps ensure efficient solvent circulation and heating. Vacuum systems use CNST VG-series liquid-ring pumps (for 3#/4# tanks) and Cuiman RO-series roots pumps (for 5#/6# tanks), delivering high vacuum degrees for degassing and drying.
Electrical components meet industrial standards: Omron E5CC temperature modules and EE-SPX613 liquid level sensors ensure accurate monitoring; Delta AMK inverters regulate motor speed; and Schneider 25A/40A/50A air switches and MY4N-D2 relays guarantee safe power management.
