Process:
manual feeding--ultrasonic degreasing No.1--ultrasonic degreasing No.2--ultrasonic washing No.3--passivation No.4--ultrasonic pure water washing No.5--pure water washing No.6--blow water manually--tunnel furnace drying--convey to the full inspection platform
2-1. Cleaned objects: aluminum alloy surface stretching die oil, metal chips (after product die casting, some metal powder is attached to the surface and is not easy to fall off), dust and other impurities. During cleaning, the workpiece should not be scratched, bumped, discolored, deformed, or changed in performance and other irreversible damage.
2-2, cleanliness requirements: no oil stain and water mark on the surface, the workpiece is dry.
