2.16 Description of main materials used in the equipment
Ø The equipment frame is made of imported stainless steel square tube and profile.
Ø The equipment tank and chamber are made of imported SUS304L plate with a thickness of 2.5mm respectively. The equipment door panel is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the front side front panel is transparent tempered glass window with T=5mm.
Ø PLC uses "Mitsubishi" series.
Ø Frequency converter and driver are delta brand; touch screen (10") Taiwan Weilun brand /MCGS
Ø The spray pump is "Southern" stainless steel pump series or the same brand.
Ø SUS nozzle is made of Taiwan "Changyuan" or similar brand.
Ø The drive motor is Taiwan "Yongkun" or equivalent brand
Ø Overload protection clutch adopts Taiwan "Dongyuan" or equivalent brand;
