Shipping Schedule & Terms
Shipping Schedule: Warehouse cut-off and documentation cut-off every Saturday, vessel departure on the following Wednesday (subject to actual departure date).
Delay Compensation Rules: For delays in transit time exceeding 16 calendar days from the day after the vessel's departure (actual departure date) as carried by UPS or FedEx, compensation will be 0.5 RMB/KG/day. The day of extraction is not counted. Maximum compensation shall not exceed 2 RMB/KG. (The day of delivery is not counted. No compensation for holidays, vessel schedule delays, Amazon deletion or postponement of appointments, terminal shutdowns, or other force majeure events.) Customs inspections (including both export and import) are not eligible for compensation. Customers with credit terms must settle all outstanding payments according to their credit terms before pursuing any claims for delay compensation.
If a shipment is lost or confiscated by local customs before extraction by UPS/FedEx, compensation is 20 RMB/KG, with no refund of freight charges. If lost after extraction by UPS, compensation will follow UPS's compensation standard, up to a maximum of 100 USD per shipment. In cases of natural disasters or other force majeure events, our company shall not provide any compensation. This service lane does not offer delay compensation.
Additional Service Information
Separate Customs Clearance Documentation: An additional USD 50 per shipment will be charged
Shipments exceeding 300 KG per bill of lading will be defaulted to multiple master tracking numbers
Default Delivery Method: UPS/FedEx will be used for delivery. If you require a specific delivery method, please specify when placing the order
If a UPS hard copy proof of delivery is required, a separate request must be made before shipment, and a fee of USD 5 per document will apply
Important: Please carefully review the following terms. By accepting our quotation, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Delivery to FBA warehouses does not require an appointment; shipments can be delivered upon arrival. Delivery via UPS/FedEx.
Service Terms & Requirements
Invoice Requirements: Detailed product name, material, use, HS code, and product pictures must be provided. For multiple product names, a packing list is required. If more than five product names are declared, an additional fee of 30 RMB per product name will apply
Built-in and accompanying batteries: Failure to proactively declare shipments containing batteries will result in a fine of 1,000 RMB per shipment and a 3-day hold on the goods. The shipper bears all consequences arising from failure to declare batteries
Amazon warehouses and private addresses: Actual weight per piece must not exceed 22.5 KG. Any single side exceeding 120 cm (including 120 cm) is considered oversized/heavy and will not be accepted
Service Area: The above services are limited to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. islands are not served. Remote area determination is the shipper's responsibility; remote areas are subject to an additional fee of 30 RMB per piece
After cargo booking and departure: If the customer requests to temporarily hold the shipment, change the address, or require other services, additional handling fees will apply. Please inquire for specific fees
High-value products and FDA-regulated products: Please inquire with our sales representative
Prohibited items: Sensitive goods; medical products; toys without CPC certification; dental whitening equipment, massagers, facial brushes, microneedles, thermometers, blood pressure monitors, mercury thermometers, etc.
To ensure smooth customs clearance: Each product must be labeled with "MADE IN CHINA." Our company shall not be held responsible if goods are detained due to missing "Made in China" labels
Important Note: This service lane combines ocean freight and delivery. Delivery duty paid (DDP) does not equal customs clearance guarantee. If goods are detained due to non-compliance with local requirements (e.g., infringement - we cannot guarantee to detect every shipment before departure), our company assumes no responsibility or compensation and reserves the right to seek compensation from the shipper for any losses incurred by our company
Returns due to recipient or shipper requests or undeliverable addresses: Return fees will be charged on an actual-cost basis. For returned goods, our company will only accept returns to our U.S. warehouse, where a storage fee of 5 RMB per piece per day will apply. Any transportation costs incurred during the return process will be passed on to the customer. For reshipment of returned goods, please contact our customer service for specific costs

Base metals and articles - steel nails, steel pipes, carbon alloy steel wire rod, silicon metal, diamond saw blades, stainless steel pressure pipes, carbon steel plates, oil country tubular goods, cold-rolled carbon steel, thin-walled rectangular pipes, ironing boards and parts, threaded steel bars, spring washers, stainless steel drawn sinks, cold-rolled steel sheets, seamless carbon and alloy steel standard pipes, line pipes and pressure pipes, tapered roller bearings, cast iron articles, magnesium metal, galvanized steel sheets, heavy forged hand tools (axes, crowbars, hammers, picks), steel high-pressure gas cylinders
Chemical products - caprolactam, polyethylene terephthalate film and strip, polyvinyl alcohol, potassium permanganate, melamine, natural bristle paint brushes and brush heads
Machinery and electrical equipment - ball bearings, automotive windshields, brake drums and rotors
Paper and paper products - coated paper, ruled paper, tissue paper, folding gift boxes, crepe paper, uncoated paper
Textile products - polyester staple fiber, canvas, woven electric blankets
Prepared food and beverages - marinated mushroom cans, citric acid and citrates, sorbitol, frozen and canned warm-water shrimp
Plastic and rubber products - composite woven bags, polyethylene carryout bags, new pneumatic off-the-road tires
Minerals and mineral fuels - diamond saw blades and parts
Household appliances - color televisions, large household washing machines
Vehicles and transport equipment - bicycles, hand trucks
