Fragile or high-value items receive extra bracing, and any carton whose dimensions approach the carrier limits is measured and, where needed, reinforced or split. Every carton is weighed and dimensioned at pickup, so the booked rate, the aircraft selection and the final-mile service all match the actual shipment rather than an estimate, and where a receiving site has no dock the packing is planned around liftgate access.

Correct packing at origin protects the cargo, avoids airline acceptance holds, and prevents an oversize or overweight surprise after the quote is approved.

We assemble the commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill and entry documents, and we obtain any scenario-specific certificate that is genuinely required.

Examinations are managed by our US team, and we absorb the standard coordination cost so the importer receives no extra examination invoice.
