Air Truck DDP FBA Delivery China USA Door Delivery Duty Paid Customs Cleared
Service Overview
Air Truck DDP FBA Delivery provides air plus truck DDP service to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers. This service is ideal for B2B buyers who require speed without parcel-only pricing, with a reliable 7 to 12 day door-to-door delivery window. We manage supplier pickup, export declaration, air uplift, US import clearance, duty and tax settlement, truck final mile delivery, labeling, and FBA delivery according to your shipment plan.
Double Clearance & Tax Inclusion
What "Double Clearance, Tax Included" Means: Double clearance covers both export declaration in China and import clearance in the United States. Tax included means we advance and settle all applicable US import duties and taxes as the importer of record. This creates a single landed cost with no customs follow-up required by the consignee.
Comprehensive One-Stop Service
Our genuine one-stop air and truck DDP service covers the entire journey from supplier factory gate to consignee door. This includes pickup and packing verification, air uplift from Chinese gateways, export declaration, US import clearance, duty and tax settlement under our customs bond, airport handling, and truck final-mile delivery. Every stage is tracked under a single reference number.
Transit Time & Cost Structure
Transit Time: 7 to 12 days door-to-door, with truck final mile completed in 2-4 business days after clearance (3-6 days for remote ZIP codes).
Pricing: Charged on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, typically USD $6.5 to $9.5 per kilogram all-in DDP depending on commodity, season, and delivery zone. Duty and import taxes are included in the rate.
Air & Truck Integration
Shipments fly from Chinese gateways to US entry airports, clear customs under DDP, then transfer to truck for final delivery. Parcel-sized cartons are delivered via UPS in 2-4 business days, while palletized or oversize freight moves on dedicated road freight with liftgate service.
Documentation & Clearance
We handle all documentation including China export declaration, US import entry and ISF filing, commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill, and any required permits. Buyers only need to provide a product list and delivery address.
Customs Inspection Handling
If US customs selects a shipment for inspection, our US team manages the entire process. We absorb standard coordination costs, and our pre-filing review of classification, valuation, and permits keeps examination rates below industry average.
FBA Delivery Specialization
Cartons are labeled according to FBA shipment plans, cleared under DDP, then trucked to assigned fulfillment centers with proper documentation. We follow all pallet and carton specifications to ensure first-time acceptance.
Packing & Handling Standards
Goods are packed with export-grade cartons or pallets, corner and edge protection, and appropriate shock and moisture control. Each carton is weighed and dimensioned at pickup to ensure accurate pricing and proper aircraft selection.
Consignee Responsibilities
The receiving company only needs to provide a correct delivery address and contact information. No customs filing, broker appointment, bond posting, or duty payment is required from the consignee.
Door-to-Door DDP Process
Origin consolidation: Collection from supplier, packing check, and consolidation at Chinese gateway
Export declaration: Filing export customs declaration and cargo release for uplift
Air main leg: Confirmed space flight from Chinese gateway to US entry airport
US import clearance: Entry and ISF filing, classification, and customs release
Duty and tax settlement: Payment of all applicable duties and taxes as importer of record
Truck pickup: Tender to final mile carrier (UPS for parcels, dedicated road freight for pallets)
Delivery and signature: Final mile completion with proof of delivery capture
Payment Methods: T/T, PayPal, Western Union, or Bank Transfer.
Documentation is prepared by our team and includes commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill, and entry papers.
Tracking & Delivery Verification
A single reference number tracks cargo from supplier pickup to signed delivery. Position updates occur at gateway handover, uplift, US clearance, truck tender, and final delivery. Proof-of-delivery records complete the file with duty already paid.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is duty really included?
Yes. The quoted DDP air truck rate includes duty and import tax; the approved number is the final cost for the described delivery.
Do I need a US company or customs bond?
No. We clear as importer of record under our own customs bond, allowing foreign sellers or consignees without US entities to import without additional setup.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA?
Yes, across all 50 states, following appointment and labeling rules where required by the facility.
Do you follow FBA labeling?
Yes. Labels, carton marks, and pallet rules strictly follow the shipment plan requirements.
