Trimble DINI03 Digital Level Repair and Motherboard Maintenance
The Trimble DiNi 03 is a precision digital level trusted for high-accuracy height measurement in geodetic surveys, construction monitoring, and deformation analysis. After extended field use, the instrument may develop electronic or mechanical faults that compromise measurement reliability.
Faults We Diagnose and Repair
Cannot Power On - typically mainboard power circuit failure or battery connector damage
I-Angle Collimation Error - systematic measurement error increasing with distance
Measurement Inaccuracy - readings inconsistent with known benchmarks
Cannot Be Leveled - electronic level indicator stuck out of range
Compensator Overshoot - oscillates or fails to settle within specification
Calibration and Verification (1 Day) - full calibration on invar staff baseline, I-angle correction to factory specification, compensator accuracy verification
Final QC and Return - complete functional check, secure packaging, tracked return shipping
Water Damage Recovery
If your DINI03 has been exposed to water, act quickly: remove the battery immediately and do not attempt to power it on. Contact us for emergency instructions. Our workshop uses ultrasonic cleaning and controlled drying processes for precision optical-electronic instruments.
