Our rule of thumb:
1. The maximum pressure of the two-line mesh airbag is 7Bar
2. The maximum pressure of the high-strength air bag is 12Bar
We recommend a minimum safety factor of three times between maximum internal pressure and burst pressure. For example, if the required pressure is 7 bar, the burst pressure is ≥ 21 bar. For curved air springs, the bursting pressure decreases as the height increases. The maximum pressure of GUOMAT air springs is best limited to 7 bar, and the maximum pressure of high-strength air springs is best limited to 12 bar.
Temperature
1. Standard air bag: The working temperature of our company's standard industrial air spring is -37°C to 57°C.
2. We have a small number of industrial air springs that are entirely made of natural rubber. Its low-temperature working temperature can reach -53℃. Temperature range -53℃ to 57℃
