1. Vibration Mechanism Support and Shock Absorption
The vibration mechanism is the core component of the block molding machine, and its operational stability directly determines the material compaction effect. 3. Machine Body Leveling and Support
During long-term operation, concrete block molding machines are prone to tilting due to factors such as foundation settlement and uneven load, leading to uneven molding pressure distribution and affecting the dimensional accuracy of the blocks. Using industrial air springs as machine body support elements allows for precise correction of the machine body's level by independently adjusting the inflation pressure of each set of air springs. For example, when one side of the machine body sinks, increasing the pressure of the corresponding air spring generates greater support force, adjusting the machine body to a level state, ensuring the parallelism of the mold and the press head during molding, and improving product dimensional consistency.
4. Vibration Buffering of the Feeding System
When feeding materials into the mold, the screw conveyor or belt conveyor in the feeding system is prone to vibration due to material impact, leading to uneven feeding and affecting the block density. Installing industrial air springs between the conveyor support and the machine body can absorb the impact vibration during the feeding process, ensuring that the material falls evenly into the mold cavity. This also prevents problems such as conveyor deviation and loosening of parts caused by vibration, improving the operational stability of the feeding system.
