Installation Steps
Check the Air Spring Before Installation: Before installation, inspect the air spring for any damage, cracks, or deformation. Confirm that the air spring model, size, and mounting specifications match the equipment requirements.
Remove the Old Air Spring: Release all air pressure from the system before removing the old air spring. Carefully disconnect air fittings and mounting bolts to avoid damage to surrounding components.
Install the New Air Spring: Place the new air spring into the correct position and secure all bolts, fittings, and mounting hardware. Make sure the air inlet and mounting holes are properly aligned.
Connect the Air Supply: Connect the air hose and check that all fittings are tight and leak-free. Slowly add air pressure and ensure the air spring expands evenly.
Test After Installation: After installation, check the air spring height, pressure, and overall operation. Make sure there is no air leakage or abnormal movement during operation.
