Please confirm compatibility with your RAV4 SXA10 model and drivetrain before purchasing. Mounting bolts are NOT included – please reuse original hardware.

Installation Tips

Important: Replacing the center support bearing requires working under the vehicle. Professional installation is recommended. Safely raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands. Mark the drive shaft and differential flanges before removal to maintain balance and alignment. Remove the exhaust heat shields if needed for access. Remove the rear drive shaft section by unbolting it from the differential. Remove the front drive shaft section by unbolting it from the transmission output shaft and the center support bracket. Remove the old center support bearing from the drive shaft – note the original position and orientation. Mark the position of the old bearing on the drive shaft before removal. Install the new center support bearing assembly in the same position as the original – correct alignment is critical. Reinstall the front drive shaft section and tighten to factory torque specifications. Reinstall the rear section, aligning the marks you made. Reinstall exhaust heat shields. Lower the vehicle. Critical Step: After installation, check the drive shaft alignment and ensure all bolts are torqued to factory specifications.
