This suction cup assembly is custom-developed for the mainstream sweeper-scrubber truck series of Yutong and Sany. It is core-compatible with the chassis interfaces and operation systems of the two brands, enabling quick installation without additional modifications. Meanwhile, it integrates core functions such as efficient cleaning, structural reliability, and scenario flexibility, fully meeting the needs of sanitation operations.

 1. Precise Compatibility with Two Brands, Easy Installation & Commissioning
Adopting a modular interface design, it accurately matches the hydraulic and mechanical connection standards of mainstream models such as Yutong 17-ton pure electric sweeper-scrubber trucks and Sany multi-functional sweeper-scrubber trucks, with interface dimensions and installation points perfectly aligned. Equipped with an adjustable supporting roller mechanism, the suction port height from the ground can be calibrated to the 7mm standard value by adjusting the jacking screws, adapting to the different chassis height designs of the two brands' vehicles. After installation, there is no need to adjust the vehicle's original control system, and it can be directly integrated into the operation process.

Relying on the negative pressure suction system to generate strong suction force, it can efficiently absorb scattered ground garbage (such as paper scraps and gravel) and crevice dust gathered by the sweeping discs. It seamlessly adapts to the operation logic of Yutong's "central two vertical sweeps + wide suction cup" and Sany's "multi-sweeping disc linkage". Through the coordinated closed-loop of "sweeping disc gathering - suction cup suction - tank collection", it completely solves the problems of garbage scattering and residue, and is suitable for the core operation scenarios of the two brands' sweeper-scrubber trucks, such as road cleaning and curb cleaning.

The suction cup body is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, capable of withstanding garbage wear in various scenarios such as municipal roads and industrial parks for the two brands' vehicles. Equipped with floating supporting wheels and flexible skirts, it can adapt to potholed roads and speed bumps, maintaining the tight fit between the suction port and the ground to ensure stable suction. It is suitable for the lightweight operation needs of Yutong's pure electric models and the high-intensity working conditions of Sany's heavy-duty sweeper-scrubber trucks. The simplified structural layout also facilitates later maintenance and disassembly of the two brands' vehicles, reducing maintenance costs.

 4. Synergistic Cleaning for Efficiency Enhancement, Integrating into the Original System Architecture
Integrated with a front high-pressure spray rod, it can link with Yutong's sweeper-scrubber trucks' central high-pressure side spray rods and Sany's universal flushing devices to achieve the dual cleaning effect of "high-pressure water jet impacting stubborn stains + strong suction absorbing sewage". The spray rod angle and water pressure are adapted to the water system parameters of the two brands' vehicles, and the synergistic function can be activated without modifying the original pipeline, greatly improving the removal efficiency of difficult-to-clean stains such as oil stains and accumulated dust.

 5. Flexible Scenario Adaptation, Matching the Operation Needs of Two Brands
It supports customized working widths of 2.5-4.5m, adapting to the wide-road operation of Yutong's high-speed sweeper-scrubber trucks and the street cleaning needs of Sany's small sweeper-scrubber trucks. The high-speed dedicated model is equipped with a front-rear split cavity design, which can meet the stable suction requirement of Yutong's vehicles during high-speed operation at 60km/h; the municipal model strengthens the collision avoidance linkage, and cooperates with Sany's sweeper-scrubber trucks' obstacle reset system to reduce component damage caused by obstacles such as roadside guardrails.

 6. Linked Protection Mechanism, Ensuring Safe and Reliable Operation
It can link with Yutong's PLC intelligent control system and Sany's operation monitoring device to feedback the working status of the suction cup in real time. At the same time, it is compatible with the magnetic adsorption front device of the two brands' vehicles, filtering sharp garbage such as iron nails in advance to avoid scratching the suction cup body and vehicle pipelines; it can be automatically retracted when reversing, cooperating with the original reversing protection system to comprehensively reduce operation risks.
