The outlet mounting frame is a fixed support and airflow guiding component that connects the fan outlet to the duct and hopper. It receives the high‑pressure airflow from the fan while providing fixation, flow guidance, vibration damping, sealing, and protection. It organizes the direction of the high‑pressure air discharged by the fan, smoothly directing the airstream into the debris hopper — preventing turbulence and vortex formation, ensuring stable suction vacuum and improving debris pickup and dust collection efficiency. No air leakage, no pressure drop. It preserves the fan’s effective static pressure and airflow, maintaining the vehicle’s suction and dust control performance without degradation.
