1. The industrial caster riveting method makes the deformation of the rivet follow the natural flow
direction of the metal, does not reduce the notch impact toughness and ductility of the material,
reduces the risk of excessive tangential tensile stress around the rivet pier head, and the material
has no broken fiber flow after riveting, which can improve the bearing capacity of the rivet. After the
destructive test of swinging cold rolling caster riveting and traditional hammering and stamping caster
riveting specimens, it is known that the connection strength produced by cold rolling caster riveting
method is about 80% higher than that of traditional caster riveting. After cold rolling caster riveting,
the rivet has almost no deformation such as bending, bulging and pier thickness. At the same time,
the parts connected with the rivets have no deformation. The above defects are more obvious due
to the pressure of strength and the impact in full bloom.
2. The rivet head of industrial caster riveting method rolls on the rivet without sliding. The surface
roughness of the formed rivet only depends on the rivet head, and the surface roughness of the
rivet head is easy to ensure. Therefore, the cold rolled caster riveting rivet has a smooth and
beautiful surface, which can not be compared with other caster riveting methods.
3. When cold rolling caster riveting method is adopted, there is almost no noise (less than 70 dB)
and no vibration during caster riveting. The noise of traditional hammering, stamping and caster
riveting is more than 90 dB.
4. Industrial caster riveting machine is easy and safe to operate. In punching and riveting of punch
press, malignant accidents such as punching off fingers often occur, and accidental injury of manual
hammer riveting also occurs from time to time, while grinding and riveting is relatively safe. Although
the spindle rotates, it has a feasible safety cover, and the contact surface between the rivet head
and the workpiece is small.
5. When using the cold rolling caster riveting machine, because the rivet material has particularly
good deformation performance, the rivet rod will not have quality problems and has high service life.
At the same time, as long as the shape of the rivet head is changed, casters can be riveted in a
