The furnace control cabinet is the "brain" of electric arc furnace and ladle refining furnace systems, integrating power control, process regulation, safety protection, and data monitoring functions. It enables precise control of smelting processes (e.g., electrode lifting, arc striking, power adjustment) and ensures stable, safe, and efficient operation of furnace equipment. Power Adjustment: Matches furnace capacity and smelting stages (melting, refining, tapping) to adjust input power, realizing constant power or constant current control.
Phase Balance Control: Balances three-phase current to reduce grid impact and improve power factor.

Real-time Data Acquisition: Monitors key parameters (electrode current/voltage, furnace temperature, cooling water flow/pressure, gas composition) and displays them on a touchscreen HMI.
Programmable Logic Control (PLC): Supports customized smelting process programming (e.g., automatic charging, temperature holding, tapping sequence) to reduce manual operation errors.
Data Storage & Traceability: Records smelting process data (duration, power consumption, temperature curve) for production analysis and quality traceability.
Safety Protection & Alarm
