The gasification slag glass ceramic electric melting furnace is a high-temperature vitrification furnace for the advanced resource utilization of coal gasification slag. The furnace melts gasification coarse slag and fine slag together with nucleating agents and flux at 1500-1650°C, converting the hazardous aluminosilicate waste into a homogeneous glass melt that is further processed into glass-ceramic panels or vitrified aggregate. Heavy metals in the slag are firmly locked in the glass network, delivering safe, high-value solid waste recycling for the coal chemical industry.

Gasification slag is dried, ground and proportioned with nucleating agents and flux, then charged into the electric melting furnace. The charge is melted and homogenized at 1500-1650°C into a clear glass melt, in which heavy metals are immobilized. The melt is poured and formed into glass-ceramic panels through controlled crystallization, or granulated into vitrified aggregate for building materials and road construction.
