The Yellow Phosphorus Smelting Furnace is a professional fully-sealed submerged arc furnace tailored for thermal-process industrial yellow phosphorus production. As core equipment for chemical phosphorus smelting, it adopts a closed high-temperature reduction smelting process. Uniformly proportioned phosphate rock, silica flux and coke reductant are fed into the furnace, completing a complete carbothermal reduction reaction at 1300°C–1500°C. The generated phosphorus vapor is collected, condensed and purified to form high-purity industrial yellow phosphorus, while by-products such as calcium silicate slag and ferrophosphorus are discharged regularly. Equipped with a precise micro-negative pressure control system and fully enclosed furnace structure, this furnace completely avoids air ingress and phosphorus spontaneous combustion risks, ensuring safe and continuous production. It supports full customization of furnace capacity and process parameters, and is widely applicable for new construction and upgrading of large-scale yellow phosphorus production lines worldwide.

It reduces residual phosphorus in slag, with the phosphorus recovery rate stably reaching above 88%, effectively lowering raw material consumption and improving overall production economic benefits.

Matched with PLC intelligent electrode adjustment system, it maintains stable submerged arc operation state for a long time. Compared with traditional old-fashioned phosphorus furnaces, it features lower unit power consumption and higher operation stability, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted industrial production.
Complete Tail Gas Recycling & Secondary Energy Utilization: Standard centralized sealed gas outlet ensures high-purity collection of furnace gas (main component: CO). The recycled tail gas can be directly used for on-site power generation, heating or raw material synthesis, realizing waste energy recycling, reducing factory energy consumption and carbon emissions, and meeting green production requirements.
Corrosion Resistance & Long Service Life: The furnace lining adopts special fluorine-phosphorus corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant composite refractory materials, which resists long-term erosion of high-temperature slag and corrosive flue gas. The optimized circulating water cooling structure slows down lining aging and damage, prolongs furnace service life and reduces frequent maintenance costs.
Intelligent Control & Low Labor Cost: Equipped with independent hydraulic electrode lifting and pressure regulating system, realizing real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of furnace pressure, temperature, current and voltage.
