The High-Efficiency Submerged Arc Furnace (SAF) Series is a new-generation energy-saving electric smelting equipment independently optimized for global metallurgy, chemical and mineral processing industries. Adopting sealed furnace body design, intelligent electrode control system and high thermal conductivity lining technology, this series of furnaces effectively reduces power consumption, improves smelting efficiency and lowers flue gas emission. It is the core preferred equipment for large-scale, high-yield and low-consumption production of ferroalloys, industrial silicon, calcium carbide and other raw materials. All models support customized design to adapt to different production capacities and raw material smelting requirements.
2. Core Advantages
Ultra-low Energy Consumption & High Efficiency: Optimized arc submerged smelting structure and self-heat preservation lining greatly reduce invalid heat loss. Compared with traditional furnaces, the unit power consumption is reduced by 8%-15%, and the metal recovery rate is increased to over 98%, realizing high-efficiency and energy-saving continuous production.
Stable & Intelligent Operation: Equipped with full-automatic PLC intelligent control system, it realizes precise lifting, positioning and current/voltage adjustment of electrodes. The whole production process is automatically monitored with stable arc power, less material splash and extremely low failure rate, reducing manual operation errors and labor costs.
Environmentally Friendly & Low Emission: Adopts fully closed/semi-closed low hood sealing structure, which effectively collects flue gas and dust. It supports matching flue gas waste heat recovery and dust removal systems, meeting EU and international environmental protection emission standards, and solving the environmental pressure of factory production.
Durable & Low Maintenance Cost: The furnace body adopts thickened steel plate and high-temperature resistant refractory lining, with an autogenous freeze layer formed on the lining hot face to reduce erosion. Core components such as electrodes and hydraulic systems are made of high-quality materials, with long service life and low later maintenance and replacement costs.
Strong Compatibility & Customization: Wide coverage of model specifications, adaptable to smelting of various raw materials including ferrosilicon, ferrochrome, ferromanganese, industrial silicon, calcium carbide, titanium slag and silicon carbide. Supports non-standard customization of furnace capacity, voltage grade and structural form.
