Professional Waste Salt Resource Recovery: Specially optimized for industrial waste salt reduction reaction, stable completion of carbothermal reduction reaction at 800-1100°C. It effectively converts waste sodium sulfate salt into industrial-grade sodium sulfide, with high resource utilization rate, thoroughly solving the problem of difficult disposal and high environmental risk of chemical waste salt.
High Conversion & High Purity Output: Optimized furnace body temperature field and arc heat conduction structure ensure sufficient and uniform reaction of waste salt and reducing coal powder. The waste salt conversion rate is over 97%, and the produced sodium sulfide has stable purity up to 60%+ (industrial standard), with less impurities and excellent product consistency.
Energy-saving & Low Operating Cost: Adopts self-heat preservation refractory lining and closed heat circulation design, which reduces heat loss significantly. Compared with traditional rotary kilns and reverberatory furnaces for sodium sulfide production, the unit power consumption is reduced by 12%-18%, with low auxiliary material consumption, greatly lowering long-term production and operation costs.
Environmentally Friendly & Standard Emission: Fully sealed furnace body and centralized flue gas collection structure effectively restrain dust and harmful gas overflow. Matched with professional flue gas purification and desulfurization system, it meets EU environmental protection standards and global industrial waste gas emission requirements, realizing clean production of waste salt recycling.
Intelligent & Stable Continuous Operation: Equipped with PLC full intelligent control system, realizing automatic adjustment of furnace temperature, electrode lifting and feeding volume. The equipment runs stably for 24 hours continuously, with low failure rate, simple operation and reduced manual intervention, suitable for large-scale and continuous industrial production.
