1. Product Overview
The ferroalloy refining furnace is a professional metallurgical refining equipment customized for the production of low-carbon and medium-carbon ferrochromium. It adopts advanced electric arc refining and oxygen decarburization process, focusing on precise carbon control, impurity removal and high chromium recovery. This furnace is specially designed to solve the technical points of unstable carbon content, high impurity content and low metal yield in traditional ferrochromium smelting. It can stably produce standard low-carbon ferrochromium (C ≤ 0.5%) and medium-carbon ferrochromium (C: 1.0%–4.0%), widely applicable in stainless steel smelting, alloy steel manufacturing, precision casting and industrial metallurgy fields. With optimized furnace body structure and intelligent power control system, it realizes energy-saving, high-efficiency and stable continuous production, meeting the strict quality standards of global ferroalloy downstream industries.
2. Core Product Advantages
Precise Carbon Content Control: Equipped with accurate oxygen blowing decarburization and bottom-blowing nitrogen stirring system, it realizes uniform molten bath reaction, effectively controls carbon content in 0.1%–4.0% adjustable range, and stably produces qualified low/medium carbon ferrochromium to support high-standard alloy production .
High Chromium Recovery Rate: Optimized furnace slag system and smelting temperature control (1600–1900℃) greatly reduce chromium oxidation loss. The chromium recovery rate can reach up to 82%, significantly improving raw material utilization and reducing production costs .
Energy-Saving & Efficient Operation: Adopts low-impedance furnace body design (average impedance ≤2.5mΩ) and intelligent power regulation system, with balanced power output and low power consumption per ton of alloy. The circulating cooling water system reduces resource waste and realizes green production .
Stable & Durable Structure: The furnace body is made of high-temperature resistant refractory materials, with anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation treatment. The electrode lifting and rotating system operates stably, reducing equipment failure rate and extending service life, suitable for long-term continuous industrial production.
