The Rapid Installation Mixed Running Track uses a specially formulated fast‑cure PU binder that reduces interlayer drying time. A standard 13mm mixed track (10mm base + 3mm top) can be fully installed by a 6‑person crew in 6–7 days, compared to 12–15 days for conventional mixed systems. The base layer cures in 8 hours instead of 24; the top pure PU coat cures in 12 hours. The track is ready for line marking and competition use within 72 hours of the final coat.
