The Rapid Installation Composite Running Track is a fast‑curing version of the standard composite system. It uses a single‑component PU binder that sets quickly even at moderate temperatures (15–30°C). The three layers are applied wet‑on‑wet, eliminating drying time between coats. A 400m track can be completed by a 6‑person team in 6 days, compared to 12–15 days for traditional systems. This makes it perfect for projects with strict deadlines – such as school renovations that must finish before students return.
Suitable for schools, university fields, residential jogging paths, and sports club upgrades where downtime must be minimised.
