The Eco‑Low VOC Full PU Track delivers elite‑level performance without compromising environmental responsibility. The pure PU elastic layer uses a water‑based or high‑solids, low‑free‑monomer binder that emits less than 0.2 mg/m²/h of VOCs – well below strict European and Chinese standards. The top layer uses virgin EPDM (18–22% rubber content) from suppliers with ISO 14001 certification. Although the track itself contains no recycled rubber (pure PU requires virgin materials for consistency), we offset this by using recyclable packaging and offering an end‑of‑life take‑back programme where the track can be ground and reused as infill or base material for other sports surfaces.
Ideal for LEED‑certified school competition tracks, green university sports centres, eco‑conscious sports clubs, and any facility pursuing environmental certification.

Q: Does low VOC affect performance?
→ No. Mechanical properties are equal to standard full PU tracks. Only the chemical formulation is greener.
Q: Is it suitable for indoor tracks?
→ Absolutely. The low odour makes it ideal for indoor sports halls and domed stadiums with limited ventilation.
Q: Can recycled EPDM be used in the top layer?
→ Not for the eco full PU track – we require virgin EPDM to guarantee consistent colour and performance. However, we offer a separate Eco‑Recycled Mixed Track (see our mixed track range) if recycled content is mandatory.
