The Rapid‑Install EPDM Sports Surface is designed for tight schedules. Using a special fast‑cure PU binder, the base layer cures in 6–8 hours (normally 24h) and the top layer cures in 12 hours (normally 48h). A complete 13mm EPDM surface (recycled base + EPDM top) can be installed by a 4‑person crew in 5–7 days, compared to 12–15 days for standard systems. The surface is ready for use within 48 hours of finishing the top coat. Perfect for school playgrounds that must be ready before term starts, or community courts needed for a weekend event.
Ideal for: school summer/winter break projects, community court renovations, club facility upgrades, and last‑minute event preparations.
