Product Specification
This fin stack heat sink is constructed with U-shape heat pipes and dense aluminum fins. Heat pipes rapidly transfer and equalize heat across the whole fin array to eliminate hotspots.
The whole heatsink is black coated to improve thermal radiation performance and anti-corrosion capability. Tight press-fit between heat pipes and aluminum fins ensures low thermal resistance for efficient heat exchange.
