Product Specification
This down-blow heatsink is built with multiple U-shaped heat pipes and dense stacked aluminum fins. Heat pipes transfer heat rapidly from the base and spread temperature evenly across fins to avoid hot spots.
The heatsink adopts full black coating to boost thermal radiation and anti-oxidation performance. Precise press-fit between heat pipes and aluminum fins keeps low thermal resistance. Pre-reserved fan clips enable easy fan assembly to form a complete downflow cooling solution.
