RFQ

1. What does CIJ stand for?

CIJ stands for Continuous Inkjet. The printer forms a stream of small ink droplets and selects some of them to print, resulting in characters that are deposited on the product. Unused droplets are recirculated back into the printer, eventually becoming part of the ink stream again.

2. What applications are recommended for CIJ?

CIJ printers can be used to print on materials such as paper, plastic, metal, and glass. Typical applications include milk containers, soda cans, pharmaceuticals, small cardboard boxes, cable, and small part marking.

3. What is the difference between CIJ and contact coding machines?

CIJ printers is non-contact the object to coding message. The ink drops by pressure to fly to the object, and form the message according to the programming in the printer as the moving product passes by. The distance between the printer head and the product is typically within 1~12mm.

4. Which ink should I use for my specific application?

Our application technician will support you to select the right ink that meets your and your customers' specific application needs base on your actual products.

5. What colors of ink do you offer?

Depending on the clients products, our color range includes black and high-contrast white, yellow, blue, and red. Etc.

6. Can I order samples?

Yes, you can. You are welcome to purchase small quantities first to test and check the quality before placing a large order.

7. What is the lead time for an order?

The lead time for all Syscode products is 1-2 weeks after order confirmation. For stock items, they can usually be shipped within 2 business days, but this also depends on the order quantity.

8. What is the warranty period for Syscode products?

It is usually 12 months since dispatch.

9. How do you ship goods?

We can ship goods by sea, air, or courier.

10. Can you print our logo on the outer package?

Yes, we can. But this only applies to large orders; for small orders, we just print it on paper and stick it on the package.

11. Can we visit your company and factory?

Yes, you are welcome. If you need airport transportation to our factry, and hotel booking, please let us know after deciding your itinerary.

12. What are your payment terms?

Usually, we suggest you pay the payment by wire transfer. For order values less than 10,000 USD, please pay 100% via wire transfer in advance;

For larger orders, 70% deposit in advance, and 30% via wire transfer before dispatch.

13. How is your after-sales service?

For the market with local distributors, we rely on our distributors to provide after-sales service on site. We also provides online technical service in addition to continuously upgraded video support.

14. Can you customize your products to meet my needs?

Yes, but it requires us to take a certain amount of time to communicate and discuss the volume.
