Product Overview
This equipment requires only 3%-5% bypass water volume in the main circulation pipeline to continuously purify the entire system's water quality through efficient physical or physicochemical technologies. Utilizing the principle of "small flow rate, high efficiency," it effectively removes suspended solids, biological slime, corrosion products, and scale-forming ions without interrupting the main process, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency and extending equipment life.
The intelligent bypass processor primarily utilizes radio frequency (RF) physical field treatment. During high temperature and humidity seasons or when the makeup water quality is poor and system requirements are high, it assists in water quality intervention by applying a small amount of environmentally friendly additives to effectively control and regulate water quality. It possesses functions including anti-fouling and descaling, sterilization and algae elimination, corrosion inhibition, and ultra-purification filtration.
