Yixing Shenzhou HDPE Geomembrane
HDPE geomembrane is made of high density polyethylene resin by film-blowing process, adding carbon black, antioxidant , anti-aging and UV-resistance component and provide an impermeable barrier against a wide range of solids and liquids. They exhibit excellent chemical and UV resistance,impermeability, and high yield and welded seam strengths, which is widely used as the liner.(model according to the thickness of distinction, different thickness and different price) production capacity: thickness:0.1mm -3mm, width: 1-8 meters. It is suitable for seepage control in special industries, and is widely used for aquaculture, seepage control, reservoirs or sewage treatment ponds.

Environmental performance of HDPE geomembrane
Environmental analysis of material composition
HDPE geomembrane is composed of 97.5% high-density polyethylene resin, 2.5% carbon black and trace additives (antioxidants, heat stabilizers, etc.), without heavy metals or toxic substances.
Non-toxic certification: Meets food packaging standards (replaces PVC) and can be directly in contact with water bodies (such as aquaculture ponds, drinking water pools).
Chemical stability: Resistant to 80+ strong acids and alkalis, and has better corrosion resistance than traditional materials (such as concrete and clay).
Sustainability of production and construction
The production process is physical processing (non-chemical modification), using blow molding/calendering technology, and the energy consumption is lower than traditional building materials.
Low-carbon process: No heat treatment process, carbon emissions are reduced by 65% compared with cement anti-seepage projects.
Lightweight design: The weight of a 2.0mm thick membrane is only ≤2kg/m², and transportation energy consumption is reduced by 40%.
