A: Yes. With full OCPP 1.6J compliance, the charger allows operators to change the WebSocket URL via a local configuration web page or app, connecting instantly to any third-party CMS for billing, user authorization, and firmware OTA updates.
6. How does the charger protect against over-temperature issues in high-ambient countries like India or Thailand?
A: The internal PCBA control board and the charging plug handle heat via built-in temperature sensors. If temperatures exceed 85, the charger triggers an automatic linear current-derating mechanism, dropping from 32A-16A before a full safety shutdown is required.
