The TBC-PS4310E is a Fast Ethernet PoE switch equipped with high-quality main chipset and PSE power management chip, providing stable Ethernet transmission and intelligent PoE power management. Its high-performance backplane design delivers efficient data processing capability, ensuring smooth and reliable network transmission.The switch features a precision-engineered steel alloy housing with electrostatic powder coating, providing excellent durability and enhanced heat dissipation performance. It ensures stable operation with an MTBF of over 30,000 hours.The PoE ports comply with IEEE 802.3af/at standards and support 12+/36- power pin assignment for simultaneous data and power transmission. The switch supports connection to APs, IP cameras, VoIP phones, and other PoE-powered devices through CAT5/CAT6 Ethernet cables. With selectable 100m/250m transmission distance modes, it provides a flexible and reliable solution for various network deployment scenarios.

• Complies with IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T, IEEE 802.3u 100BASE-TX, IEEE 802.3af, and IEEE 802.3at standards.
• Supports IEEE 802.3x Flow Control in full-duplex mode and Back Pressure flow control in half-duplex mode.
• All RJ45 ports support 10/100Mbps auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX.
• Ethernet ports provide 4KV surge protection for enhanced reliability and stable network operation.
• Supports VLAN Isolation mode. When enabled, PoE ports are isolated from each other and can only communicate with the uplink ports, effectively reducing broadcast traffic and improving network security and transmission stability.
• Adopts a Store-and-Forward switching architecture with wire-speed forwarding for efficient data transmission.
• Equipped with a high-performance switching chipset and a fanless metal housing for reliable heat dissipation and stable operation.
• Features 2 × 10/100Mbps auto-negotiation RJ45 uplink ports for easy connection to upstream switches, routers, or network platforms.
• Provides 8 × 10/100Mbps PoE ports compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at, delivering up to 30W PoE output per port.
• Supports 100m / 250m Extend Mode. When 250m Extend Mode is enabled, PoE ports 1–8 support data transmission up to 250 meters at 10Mbps, while VLAN Isolation is activated simultaneously. The switch must be restarted after changing the mode switch for the new settings to take effect
