Nitriding Anti-Spatter Process: Through nitriding treatments such as plasma nitriding, a dense nitride layer is formed on the tabletop. This not only improves surface hardness and wear resistance but also reduces the adhesion of welding spatter and slag, making the slag easy to clean, reducing subsequent grinding and rework, and extending the platform's service life.

Modular Expansion Capability: Multiple platforms can be seamlessly joined together using locating pins and bolts to expand the working area and accommodate large workpieces for welding; connection holes are reserved on the sides for easy installation of side supports, extension arms, and other accessories.

• Tabletop Protection
  The tabletop is covered with a thickened PE protective film to prevent scratches to the nitrided layer during transportation; the edges are wrapped with EVA foam strips to prevent chipping and damage.
  Rubber dust plugs are inserted into the positioning holes to seal the openings and prevent dust and moisture from entering, while also preventing wear to the hole walls.
• Overall Packaging
  The main body is packaged in a plywood wooden crate (compliant with ISPM 15 standard, bark-free, and fumigation-free), meeting customs clearance requirements in Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia.
  The inside of the wooden crate is filled with shock-absorbing foam + pearl cotton, completely isolating the welding table from the crate walls. Anti-slip wooden supports are added to the bottom to ensure no displacement during transportation.
  Clamps, accessories, and other fragile parts are independently packed in hard cardboard boxes and secured in the corners of the wooden crate, separated from the main body to prevent collisions.
• Labeling and Marking
  The outside of the wooden crate is clearly printed with: product model, gross/net weight, dimensions, destination port/address, and shipping mark (customer-specified or default brand mark).
  Warning labels are marked: "Precision Instrument," "Handle with Care," "Moisture-proof," "This Side Up," "Do Not Roll," and "MAX LOAD: ×××kg".

Port of destination pickup and after-sales assistance

We provide customers with a pick-up guide in advance, including the bill of lading exchange process, contact information for the destination port agent, and estimated pick-up time.

If required, we can assist in contacting our local logistics partners to provide door-to-door delivery services (additional fees will apply and need to be negotiated).

After the goods arrive, we proactively follow up with customers regarding the acceptance of the goods. If there is any packaging damage or product damage, we will assist the customer in collecting evidence and liaising with the insurance company for claims.
