D16 Precision 3D Welding Table with 5 Sided Precision Surfaces
The D16 Precision 3D Welding Table with 5-Sided Precision Surfaces is a modular and flexible fixturing system designed for high-precision, small/medium-sized precision welding, assembly, and inspection. Its core features include a D16 hole system, 5-sided precision machining, and a 50×50mm dense hole grid. It emphasizes micron-level positioning, multi-sided clamping, and rapid changeover, making it suitable for high-precision manufacturing applications in industries such as precision sheet metal, medical devices, automotive parts, and aerospace.
The table body is made of integral casting/thick plate welded structure, and the precision machining of 1 top surface + 4 side surfaces is completed in one go by a CNC five-axis machining center, achieving:
Equal height/perpendicularity on all five sides: Perpendicularity between the side and top surfaces ≤0.02mm/200mm, and flatness ≤0.02mm/m².
All sides usable: The four sides are also machined with D16 positioning holes + 50×50mm grid, enabling vertical clamping, side positioning, and multi-station linkage, breaking the traditional limitation of only the top surface being usable.Splicing/Expansion: The precision datum on the side can be used for seamless splicing of multiple units, with an overall flatness of ≤0.05mm/m² after splicing.
2. D16 Hole System and Dense Hole Grid
Standard hole diameter: Φ16.065–16.149mm (positioning hole), with matching M12 internal thread (clamping/fixing).
Grid spacing: 50×50mm (the densest standard in the industry), the density of positioning points is 4 times that of D28, suitable for precise positioning of extremely small/irregular/thin-walled parts.

Materials and Process Standards: The main body is made of cast iron conforming to ISO 185 (QT450-10/HT300), alloy steel conforming to ASTM A36, and plasma nitriding treatment conforming to ISO 683-15. Five-sided precision machining conforms to ISO 8062 geometric tolerance standards;
International Authoritative Certification: The product has passed CE certification (EU precision machinery safety standard) and ANSI/B5.57 certification (North American precision machine tool accuracy standard).
