D16 3D Multi-Axis Sheet Metal Welding Table Series
The D16 3D Multi-Axis Sheet Metal Welding Table Series is a modular, high-precision flexible fixturing platform specifically designed for thin/medium-thickness sheet metal welding. Featuring a φ16mm standard hole system and a 50×50mm grid layout, combined with multi-axis adjustment capabilities, it perfectly suits the production characteristics of sheet metal parts, which are prone to deformation, require high positioning accuracy, and involve small batches of diverse products. It is widely used in sheet metal manufacturing fields such as automotive parts, precision equipment housings, medical devices, and electronic enclosures.
The D16 3D Multi-Axis Sheet Metal Welding Table Series is specifically designed to address the characteristics of sheet metal parts, such as their susceptibility to deformation, thinness, complex shapes, and dense positioning points. Unlike general-purpose welding tables, it solves the pa-in points of sheet metal welding from the ground up:
Low-Force Clamping Adaptation:The table surface features a denser hole pattern (50×50mm), allowing for the use of thin, non-marking clamps. This ensures secure positioning while preventing excessive clamping force from causing dents and deformation in thin sheets, especially suitable for welding ultra-thin sheet metal parts from 0.5-3mm;
Thermal Deformation Compensation Structure:The table surface has a built-in mesh reinforcement structure, combined with aging treatment and nitriding processes. During welding, the table's own thermal deformation is ≤0.02mm/m, effectively compensating for the thermal deformation of the sheet metal parts and ensuring weld seam flatness and workpiece dimensional consistency;
Lightweight Modular Design:The steel plate table surface is only 14-20mm thick, with a standard model weighing 500-800kg. It can be moved and assembled using ordinary forklifts in the workshop, eliminating the need for heavy overhead cranes, and adapting to the flexible multi-station deployment needs of sheet metal workshops;
Edge Protection Design:All edges and corners of the table surface are rounded and chamfered (R3-R5), preventing sharp edges from scratching the surface of thin sheet metal parts and improving operator safety, meeting the appearance requirements of precision sheet metal parts.
Core exclusive accessories
Thin-profile quick-release clamp: Clamping thickness 0.5-10mm, adjustable clamping force (50-500N), non-marking rubber pad design to prevent sheet metal indentation;
Magnetic positioning block: Strong magnetic adsorption, no drilling required for clamping, suitable for quick positioning of irregular sheet metal parts without damaging the workpiece surface;
Ultra-thin V-block: Suitable for welding φ8-φ50mm sheet metal pipes/shafts, high degree of fit, preventing rolling and displacement;
Telescopic support column: Height fine-tuning range 0-50mm, suitable for supporting irregular sheet metal surfaces, preventing workpiece sagging and deformation during welding;
Laser alignment fixture: Used with a laser positioning pen, quickly calibrates sheet metal splicing seams, positioning deviation ≤0.02mm, replacing manual marking.
Usage Tips
Laser Welding: The D16 3D Multi-Axis Sheet Metal Welding Table Series requires a copper backing plate. The distance between the laser head and the table surface must be ≥50mm to prevent laser reflection damage to the table. For thin sheet metal, the laser power is recommended to be controlled between 500-1500W;
TIG Welding: Use a dedicated clamp holder for the grounding clamp, attaching the clamp to the workpiece near the welding area to reduce the current loop and prevent arc burns on the table surface, thus protecting the accuracy of the hole system;
MIG Welding: Maintain a safe distance between the welding torch and the table surface to prevent welding slag from splashing and blocking the positioning holes. After welding, immediately clean out any debris from the holes with compressed air, without waiting for cooling;
Robot Automated Welding: Before welding, calibrate the multi-axis adjustment of the workbench and the robot's linkage accuracy. The angle deviation should be ≤0.5° to ensure that the welding trajectory accurately matches the weld seam.
