It complies with the safety standards of OHSAS 18001 in Europe and America:
Structural Safety: The main body of the worktable is connected to the legs using thickened flange plates and 4 M16 high-strength bolts. It prevents tipping over. When the static load is 3T, the tabletop does not shake. The bottom of the legs is equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to prevent the worktable from sliding;
Operational Safety: All corners of the worktable are rounded with a radius of R5 to avoid sharp edges from injuring the operator; The standard clamping fixtures are equipped with anti-loosening locking devices. During welding vibration, the fixtures do not loosen, preventing the workpiece from falling and causing safety accidents;
High-Temperature Welding Safety: The tabletop has no flammable components. The heat-resistant process can withstand direct contact with high-temperature welding slag, without the risk of combustion or deformation; A heat dissipation gap is reserved to reduce heat accumulation on the tabletop and prevent the operator from getting burned;
Electrical Safety: An optional insulated tabletop treatment is available. An insulating pad is added between the tabletop and the legs, with a resistance of ≥ 10MΩ, to prevent short circuits of the welding current and protect the electrical safety of the welding machine and the operator;
Standard Safety Accessories: The worktable comes with a set of heat-resistant protective gloves, a special shovel for welding slag, a tabletop cleaning brush, and an English safety operation manual (which can be attached to the worktable).
