Modular Steel D28 3D Welding Fabrication Tables are industrial-grade flexible fixturing platforms designed for heavy-duty, high-precision metal welding and assembly applications. They utilize the D28 standard hole system (28mm diameter positioning holes) and a fully steel modular structure to achieve rapid clamping and unlimited expansion in three dimensions. They are core fixturing equipment for engineering machinery, vehicle frames, large steel structures, and automated welding production lines.

Core structure design
Five-sided precision machining: The table surface and all four side faces are CNC precision machined, with D28 positioning holes evenly distributed on each face. This supports multi-face splicing and vertical expansion, allowing for the creation of L-shaped, U-shaped, and extra-long linear workbenches.
Hole processing technology: The positioning holes are processed using precision boring and reaming, resulting in a hole wall roughness of Ra≤1.6μm and a hole spacing tolerance of ±0.05mm. Positioning pins can be inserted and removed smoothly, ensuring no hole wall wear or positioning deviation during long-term use.
Chip removal and maintenance: The table surface features a pre-designed annular chip removal groove with a removable chip collection tray for centralized collection of welding slag and coolant. The nitrided surface is non-stick to welding slag and can be cleaned with compressed air without scraping or damage.
Load Capacity: Single unit rated load 2000-3000kg, maximum uniformly distributed load 5000kg, no deformation under localized heavy loads
Rigidity and Stability: Modular Steel D28 3D Welding Fabrication Tables with integrated welded frame + adjustable feet (adjustment range 30-50mm), can be fixed to the workshop foundation to resist welding vibrations and impacts
Operating Temperature: Working temperature -20℃~60℃, nitrided layer withstands high welding temperatures (≤800℃) without peeling
Warranty Policy
Standard Warranty: 1-year warranty for the entire machine, 2-year extended warranty for core load-bearing components (Modular Steel D28 3D Welding Fabrication Tables tabletop, support frame, D28 positioning hole modules), and 6-month warranty for consumable parts (positioning pin wear sleeves, adjustable leveling feet pads, fixture springs). Damage caused by human error, improper operation, or failure to perform maintenance as required is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Commitment: During the warranty period, free repair and free replacement of parts are provided for non-human-induced failures. If a core component fails and cannot be repaired, a new module of the same model/specification will be replaced free of charge, without charging for labor or on-site service fees (within standard domestic service areas).
Extended Warranty Service: Optional 1-3 year extended warranty packages are available. During the extended warranty period, you will enjoy the same services as the standard warranty, plus annual free precision calibration and comprehensive inspection services. This is suitable for high-load, 24-hour continuous operation workshops.
