Based on the D28 standard hole system, it is specifically designed for the welding, assembly, and inspection of oversized workpieces in industries such as construction machinery, shipbuilding, bridges, and heavy equipment, addressing the shortcomings of traditional tooling such as poor rigidity, large deformation, slow changeover times, and high costs.

Nitriding/Quenching Composite Treatment: The D28 Extra Large 3D Welding Table for Heavy Structural Projects features a surface hardness of HV900–1200, providing a wear-resistant lifespan of 15–20 years, 3–5 times longer than ordinary welding tables.
High Temperature and Corrosion Resistance: It can operate continuously at 600℃ without softening or deformation; 480 hours of salt spray testing showed no rust, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Easy to Clean: The D28 Extra Large 3D Welding Table for Heavy Structural Projects has a non-stick surface that prevents welding slag buildup, allowing for quick cleaning with a dedicated scraper, resulting in low maintenance costs.

Seamless splicing technology

The D28 Extra Large 3D Welding Table for Heavy Structural Projects uses specialized high-precision splicing and positioning pins (Φ50mm, tolerance ±0.01mm) and high-strength bolts for double fixation, allowing for seamless connection of multiple tables with a hole alignment accuracy of ≤0.03mm.
The D28 Extra Large 3D Welding Table supports splicing in any direction (horizontal/vertical), and can be assembled into an extra-large welding platform up to 10m × 20m, meeting the needs of extra-long workpieces such as ship sections and bridge box girders.
Cable/air pipe routing channels are reserved at the splicing points for convenient wiring of automated equipment, keeping the table surface clean and tidy.
