D16 Series Fast Clamping Small Structure Welding Table
The D16 Series Fast Clamping Small Structure Welding Table is a high-precision, modular, and flexible fixturing platform designed for welding small metal components. Unlike electronic welding tables, it is specifically designed for workpiece positioning and clamping during arc welding and gas-shielded welding processes.

Core Performance and Advantages
Ultra-high precision: Hole position tolerance reaches d10 grade, and locking pin tolerance reaches h7 grade; repetitive positioning accuracy can reach 0.05mm, ensuring consistent welding dimensions;
High flexibility and fast changeover: One platform + fixture set adapts to multiple workpieces, eliminating the design/manufacturing/storage costs of traditional dedicated fixtures; changeover time is reduced from several hours to a few minutes;
Easy operation: Ordinary workers can become proficient after only 2 hours of training;
Multi-scenario compatibility: Suitable for MIG/MAG/TIG/arc welding, and can be used as an integrated benchmark for welding, assembly, and inspection;
The table top is manufactured using the lost-foam casting process, which reduces waste sand emissions by 30% compared to traditional sand casting, thus reducing environmental pollution;
The surface nitriding treatment is a chromium-free and environmentally friendly process, complying with the EU RoHS directive and avoiding heavy metal pollution.
2. Sustainable Design
The platform structure adopts a modular design, allowing for the individual replacement of components such as the table top, legs, and fixtures, preventing the entire platform from being scrapped due to localized damage;
The materials of the scrapped platform (Q355 steel / HT300 cast iron) are 100% recyclable, conforming to the principles of a circular economy.
Routine maintenance procedures
Cleaning: After welding is complete, promptly clean the welding slag and dust from the table surface and holes using a wire brush or compressed air to prevent wear on the hole walls and maintain positioning accuracy;
Lubrication: Apply anti-rust lubricating oil to the moving parts of the quick-release pins and clamps once a month to extend their service life;
Storage: When not in use, cover the table with a dust cover to prevent rusting in humid environments; avoid placing heavy objects on the table to prevent deformation of the D16 Series Fast Clamping Small Structure Welding Table.
