Servo drive + precision hole system positioning ensures clamping deviation is controlled to within 0.05mm, resulting in stable weld dimensions and geometric tolerances, significantly reducing rework.
Programmed clamping parameters eliminate the impact of human operation variations, ensuring consistent welding quality across batches and shifts for the same workpiece.
