The Insert Ratchet F Clamp with Forged One-Piece Body features integrated forged body construction, insertable positioning structure, and ratchet quick locking mechanism. This design emphasizes high rigidity, rapid installation and removal, and substantial clamping force, making it ideal for industrial applications including metal welding, precision assembly, and heavy workpiece fixing.
Integrated Forging: Manufactured from 45# carbon steel or chromium-vanadium alloy steel through integral die forging, eliminating welding or splicing. The complete quenching and tempering treatment achieves HRC45-60 hardness, providing exceptional impact resistance, bending resistance, and fatigue durability.
Structural Advantages: Eliminates common issues of joint breakage and beam deformation found in split-type clamps. Withstands clamping forces from 500-3000kg without deformation, making it suitable for high-load applications including heavy steel structures and thick plate welding.
Precision Design: Standard F-type frame with integrated beam and clamping arm. The beam surface undergoes precise milling to ensure clamping parallelism of ≤0.02mm/m.
Pressing Head and Clamping Assembly
Universal Pressure Head: Semi-active alloy pressure head with 360° rotation and angle fine-tuning capability, suitable for flat, inclined, and irregularly shaped workpieces to ensure even force distribution.
Protective Design: Pressure head incorporates high-temperature resistant rubber/nylon cushioning pads to prevent workpiece surface damage and protect the fixture from welding sparks.
Clamping Rod: Surface features knurling/chrome-plating for enhanced wear resistance and corrosion prevention, with anti-slip limit at the end to prevent excessive sliding of the clamping rod.
Operation Instructions
Positioning: Insert the positioning pin at the bottom of the clamp into the standard hole on the welding table. A distinct "click" sound indicates successful locking and positioning.
Distance Adjustment: Slide the clamping rod to adjust the opening to accommodate workpiece thickness, ensuring the pressure head makes proper contact with the workpiece surface.
Locking: Press the ratchet handle with one hand, applying continuous pressure until the workpiece is completely secured. The ratchet mechanism will automatically lock in position.
Releasing: Press the quick-release button to automatically retract the clamping rod, allowing for workpiece removal or clamp position adjustment.
Storage: When not in use, the clamp can be directly inserted into spare holes on the welding table, eliminating the need for separate storage and optimizing workspace efficiency.
