Widened Jaw Design
The jaw width reaches 50-80mm (compared to 20-30mm on conventional models), significantly increasing the contact area with workpieces and preventing deformation of thick-walled workpieces due to concentrated clamping force. The jaw surface features anti-slip serrations and is hardened by quenching to HRC 55-60 hardness, providing exceptional wear resistance and preventing workpiece displacement during welding operations.
Wide Throat Depth Configuration
With throat depths reaching 150-300mm, this clamp easily accommodates workpieces with extra-large cross-sections and irregular contours, including large I-beams, box beam structures, and heavy machinery bases. This solves the common problem of insufficient throat depth in traditional F-clamps that prevents clamping of oversized workpieces.
Reinforced Ratchet Drive System
Heavy-Duty Ratchet Gear Set
Constructed from forged chromium-nickel alloy steel gears with high-frequency quenching treatment, this system withstands extra-large clamping forces of 15-25kN, increasing load capacity by 2-3 times compared to conventional ratchet F-clamps. The optimized 1:6 gear transmission ratio moves the clamping arm 4mm with each handle pull, improving clamping efficiency by more than 4 times compared to screw-type heavy-duty clamps.
Labor-Saving Lever Handle
The extended 220mm handle utilizes lever principles, allowing a single operator to easily drive the heavy-duty clamping arm without auxiliary tools. The handle end features a non-slip rubber grip designed to conform to palm curvature, reducing operator fatigue during extended use.
Embedded Precision Positioning
Reinforced Embedded Base
The base employs an integrated forging process compatible with 16mm/28mm standard welding table grid holes. The built-in double positioning pin structure ensures repetitive positioning accuracy of ≤0.1mm, guaranteeing dimensional consistency when multiple clamps are used for collaborative positioning.
Flush Mounting with Tabletop
After installation, the clamp body sits flush with the welding table surface, eliminating interference with operating space. This design facilitates all-around welding access and prevents welding spatter accumulation in clamp gaps.
