The Universal Insert Ratchet F Clamp with Adjustable Jaw Opening is a highly efficient, portable, and high-clamping-force industrial-grade quick clamp. It integrates three core features: insert-type quick assembly, ratchet-type quick adjustment, and continuously adjustable jaw opening. It is suitable for workpiece clamping and positioning in various scenarios, including welding, sheet metal work, assembly, and woodworking. It addresses the shortcomings of traditional F clamps, such as slow adjustment, weak clamping force, and poor adaptability, making it a versatile clamping tool for both industrial production and manual operations.

Insertable ratchet core structure
Insertable Quick-Release Base: The base integrates standard Φ16/22/28mm pins, allowing direct insertion into the standard positioning holes of 3D welding tables and work platforms. Fixture installation is completed in 3 seconds, eliminating the need for bolts and nuts, and adapting to the rapid reconfiguration needs of welding fixtures. The pins feature elastic snap rings for self-locking after insertion, preventing loosening during clamping.
Ratchet-Type Quick Adjustment: Utilising a precision ratchet gear and pawl mechanism, replacing the traditional screw-driven structure of F-clamps, the clamping arm can be quickly advanced/retracted with a single hand movement of the ratchet handle. Adjustment speed is 5-8 times faster than traditional screw-type F-clamps. The self-locking pawl design prevents backward movement after clamping, ensuring constant clamping force.
One-Button Quick Release: A spring-loaded release button is located on the clamping arm. Pressing the button releases the ratchet lock, causing the clamping arm to instantly retract, completing workpiece release and significantly reducing changeover time. This is ideal for rapid clamping needs in small-batch, multi-variety production.
Industrial-grade durability and ease of operation
High-Rigidity Material: The Universal Insert Ratchet F Clamp with Adjustable Jaw Opening is made of Q235/Q355 cold-rolled steel plate, integrally stamped and formed. The clamping arms are thickened to 3-6mm, providing a maximum clamping force of up to 20000N, meeting the high clamping force requirements of industrial welding and heavy assembly.
Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Treatment: The ratchet core components undergo high-frequency quenching and tempering treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC45-50, ensuring wear resistance and durability. The entire clamp is treated with electrophoretic coating, providing corrosion and rust resistance and protection against welding slag splatter, making it suitable for harsh workshop environments with high temperatures and dust.
Ergonomic Design: The handle is wrapped with TPR anti-slip soft rubber for comfortable grip and easy operation even with gloves. The ratchet mechanism has a short stroke and requires minimal force, reducing fatigue during prolonged use and improving manual operation efficiency.

Select the appropriate pin according to the matching equipment: For the D16 welding table, select a Φ16mm pin; for the D22/D28 tables, select Φ22/28mm pins to ensure quick assembly and compatibility;
Select the jaw opening according to the workpiece size: For workpiece thickness ≤50mm, select a 60mm opening; for 50-180mm, select 150/200mm; for >180mm, select 300mm, leaving a 5-10mm adjustment margin;
Select the clamping force according to the working conditions: For light manual operation, select 5000-8000N; for welding/heavy assembly, select 10000-20000N to ensure secure clamping without slippage;
Select the material according to the operating frequency: For high-frequency use of the Universal Insert Ratchet F Clamp with Adjustable Jaw Opening, choose the Q355 steel + hardened ratchet version for improved durability; for low-frequency use, choose the standard Q235 steel version for better cost-effectiveness.
